Registration cancellations must be received before October 1, 2011.
A 20% administrative charge shall be deducted from the reimbursement of your registration rate.
Reimbursements shall be made after the event has taken place.
There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made after October 1, 2011 for professional or personal emergencies, flight cancellations, failure to obtain visas, climate related problems, or any other type of travel contingency.
