Cancellation policies and reimbursement

Once the agreement has been formalized, in case of cancellation, exhibitors will have to request cancellation by letter at the latest by August 1, 2010. The exhibitor requesting the cancellation will have to pay a penalty equal to 30% of the total value of the booth leased, to cover the corresponding administrative costs incurred and in case there is any pending payment, it must be paid at the time of requesting the cancellation, in order to process it properly in time and form. Cancellations made after such date will not be effective and no reimbursement whatsoever will be made.

The execution of the lease agreement commits the exhibitor to accept and to comply all effective Fair organization regulations, as well as any that may be added thereafter, if required, for the best development of the event; hence, exhibitors commit to read and accept the terms set forth in the Exhibitor Manual which shall be delivered to each exhibitor via e-mail after having received the executed agreement.
