Cancellation policies and reimbursement

In case of cancellation, exhibitors must submit their request in writing on/or before August 31, 2011. A penalty equal to 30% of the total value of the acquired stand, for administrative expenses will be billed to the exhibitor. In case of a pending payment, the penalty must be paid at the time of the cancellation request. Any cancellation after AUGUST 31, 2011 IS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REIMBURSEMENT.

Upon the execution of the lease agreement, exhibitors are committed to accept and abide by all the effective rules set forth by the Fair organization ; as well as any other requirements that may be added thereafter, for the event's best development. Therefore, exhibitors shall agree to read and accept the terms set forth in the exhibitor´s manual, which shall be delivered by e-mail.
